To authenticate with Smartsheet, you need:
  1. Domain - The domain where your account is hosted.
This guide will walk you through obtaining your Domain within Smartsheet.

  • You must have an account with Smartsheet.

Step 1: Finding Your Domain

  1. Log in to Smartsheet.
  2. Look at the URL in your browser’s address bar.
  3. Your Domain is the text after https://app. and before /b/.
  • For example, if your URL is https://app.smartsheet.com/b/home, your Domain is smartsheet.com

Step 2: Enter credentials in the Connect UI

Once you have your Domain:
  1. Open the form where you need to authenticate with Smartsheet.
  2. Enter your Domain in its respective field.
  3. Submit the form, and you should be successfully authenticated.
You are now connected to Smartsheet.
