Overview

To authenticate with Recruitee, you need:
  1. Personal API Token - A personal API token that grants Nango permission to interact with Recruitee’s ATS API.
  2. Company ID - Your Recruitee company unique identifier.
  3. Company Name - Your Recruitee company name.
This guide will walk you through generating a personal API token within Recruitee.

Prerequisites:

  • You must have a Recruitee account with appropriate permissions to generate Personal API Tokens.

Step 1: Finding Your Company ID and Company Name

  1. Log in to your Recruitee dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Personal API tokens settings.
  3. You can locate both of these from this page.

Step 2: Generating Your Personal API Token

  1. From the same Personal API tokens settings page, click + New token in the top-right corner.
  1. Enter a label for your token (e.g. “Nango Integration”).
  2. Click Save to generate your Personal API Token.
The Personal API Token permissions are based on your user role in Recruitee.

Step 3: Enter credentials in the Connect UI

Once you have your Personal API Token, Company ID and Company Name:
  1. Open the form where you need to authenticate with Recruitee.
  2. Enter your Personal API Token, Company ID and Company Name in their designated fields.
  3. Submit the form, and you should be successfully authenticated.
You are now connected to Recruitee.
