Overview

To authenticate with Guru, you need one key piece of information:

1. API Token - Your Guru API Token

This guide will walk you through finding or creating those credentials within Guru.

Prerequisites:

• You must set up an administrator account with Guru.

Step 1: Finding Guru API Token

1. Log into your Guru account and navigate to Go to Team Settings > Apps and Integrations > SSO/SCIM tab. Once SSO is enabled, then you will be able to turn on the Authorize SCIM Provisioning switch and a SCIM Username and SCIM Token.
2. Securely store your SCIM Token.

Step 2: Connect Your Guru Account

To authenticate using your API credentials, navigate to the Guru authentication form. Enter your credentials as follows:

• Guru API Token: Your Guru API Token

Click “Connect” to complete the authentication.
