Overview

To authenticate with Gorgias, you need one key pieces of information:

1. API Key - Your Gorgias Access Key
2. Domain - Your Gorgias SubDomain

This guide will walk you through finding or creating those credentials within Gorgias.

Prerequisites:

• You must set up an administrator account with Gorgias.

Step 1: Finding Gorgias API Key Secret

1. Log into your Gorgias account and navigate to Your Profile.
2. Navigate to settings and then choose Rest API.
3. Click the Create API key button.
4. Copy/paste your username and API key in a secure location.

Step 2: Connect Your Gorgias Account

To authenticate using your API credentials, navigate to the Gorgias authentication form. Enter your credentials for Username, Password and Domain in their respective fields.

Click “Connect” to complete the authentication.
